PRE-MARITAL TEST
There is no doubt that prevention is one of the most important means to avoid risks. This prevention can be provided through the pre-marital medical examination to avoid hereditary diseases and protect our children and grandchildren.

How to survive Sandstorm

1. Have weather radios or go online and check for alerts & warnings.
2. Make two dust storm survival kits, one for your car and the second one for your house.
• A mask
• Air tight goggles
• Lunch box to store food (canned food also works)
• Water bottles
• Juice (natural for getting more Vitamins)
• Clothes (light weight & light colored but long sleeved)
• First aid kit (for injuries & wounds)
• Enough asthma pumps (if you have asthma)
• Caps and hats (to protect from heat)
• Self-powered weather radio
• Extra batteries
3. Make sure you are hydrated and healthy. If you had any disease, consult a doctor and take medicines. Remember that the medicines are stored properly.
