There is no doubt that prevention is one of the most important means to avoid risks. This prevention can be provided through the pre-marital medical examination to avoid hereditary diseases and protect our children and grandchildren.

How to survive Sandstorm

1. Have weather radios or go online and check for alerts & warnings.
2. Make two dust storm survival kits, one for your car and the second one for your house.
• A mask
• Air tight goggles
• Lunch box to store food (canned food also works)
• Water bottles
• Juice (natural for getting more Vitamins)
• Clothes (light weight & light colored but long sleeved)
• First aid kit (for injuries & wounds)
• Enough asthma pumps (if you have asthma)
• Caps and hats (to protect from heat)
• Self-powered weather radio
• Extra batteries
3. Make sure you are hydrated and healthy. If you had any disease, consult a doctor and take medicines. Remember that the medicines are stored properly.

Naseem Al Rabeeh Healthcare group hosted a variety of sports and health awareness activities at different part of the Qatar in line with the National Sport Day celebration on Tuesday 2015.
Dr. Mohammed Kasim Harid, Medical Director Naseem Al Rabeeh, C Ring road Flag off Walkathon at Corniche. Doctors, Admin Staff and other supportive staff of Naseem Al Rabeeh, Premium Naseem Al Rabeeh, and Al Rabeeh Dental Centre were participated.
Different Health and Medical awareness activities were held at Al Khor Community, Al Wakra Club, Al Wakra Stadium and Al Arab Stadium.

Blood Donation Camp Organized by Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Centre in association with Blood Donor Department of Hamad Medical Corporation.

More than hundred people from all walks of life, including working professionals, housewives, youngsters and employees of Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Centre and Premium Naseem Al Rabeeh Medical Centre, Al Rabeeh Dental Centre donated blood during the Blood Donation Camp held at the newly opened C Ring road branch.

Mr. Gireesh Kumar President of Indian Cultural Centre (Chief guest of the event) inaugurated the Social Cause with an inspiring speech.
